How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is also available at checkout. International shipping times vary by location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the US. International orders may have different thresholds.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order on our Track Order page or by logging into your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they're already being processed. Contact us immediately at support@fluffypawlover.com if you need to make changes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Customs fees and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Pet food and opened hygiene products cannot be returned for safety reasons. View our full Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Contact us at support@fluffypawlover.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return label and instructions. Returns are free for defective items; customer returns may have a restocking fee.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for it to appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you need a different size or color, contact us to arrange an exchange. We'll send the replacement as soon as we receive your return.
